After the previous company, I was looking for something totally different. I grabbed dinner in an Asian speakeasy in the Lower East Side with an old friend and mentor from the AlphaLab days, Neil Soni. Neil told me about Unlimited Brewing and I asked to jump on working on growth market segments. Neil's core hypothesis was spot on: people who open breweries love to brew beer, they aren't great sales or marketing people. It didn't hurt that I enjoy doing some homebrew as well.
